Sapiexo / Governance

Ethics council.

The council is being formed, with up to 149 members from outside the company.

The people affected
deserve a voice.

It will review Core’s conduct and make recommendations Sapiexo must answer.

The council will advise. Sapiexo will remain responsible for its decisions, and the council will have no veto.

Sapiexo will not be able to change the council’s rules alone.

The record

Recommendations will be recorded. Summaries will be published here. Sapiexo will explain any different course in writing.

The council is intended to hold a stake in Sapiexo through its own holding company. Members would therefore have a financial interest alongside their scrutiny role.

How it works

Who sits on it

Members will be invited from different countries, occupations, ages, education, beliefs and political perspectives.

Real cases. Time to prepare.

The council will meet privately at least four times a year, for two hours per session. Members will receive papers at least seven days in advance.

An in-person session may also be arranged, with travel paid by Sapiexo.

Ownership and limits

Members will receive no fee for serving, and keeping a seat will not depend on remaining silent. This page is not an offer of securities.
