Your work

• Distribute cases and papers at least seven days ahead, covering Core’s conduct, alternatives and affected people.
• Run at least four remote, two-hour sessions annually. Arrange an optional in-person session with travel paid by Sapiexo.
• Record recommendations, publish session summaries and document Sapiexo’s written explanations when it takes a different course.
• Manage invitations and onboarding across countries, occupations, ages, education, beliefs and political perspectives. Seats must never depend on silence.
• Uphold the charter: Sapiexo cannot change the council’s rules alone.

What you bring

• You have run a board, committee or review body under a charter, with auditable records and follow-through.
• You write clear English for readers from different professions.
• You put difficult questions to the company and ensure its obligations to the council are met.
• You meet fixed deadlines, including distributing papers at least seven days before sessions.
• You work under NDA from day one and distinguish closed deliberations from public summaries.

What you can shape

Help establish a council that brings diverse perspectives and makes recommendations Sapiexo must answer. Develop its planned advisory role, ownership arrangements and independence. Members will receive no fee and will have no veto.

Compensation

The engagement is paid at a day rate. It is part-time and ongoing, with the scope set by the work of a council with up to 149 members. Equity is not guaranteed; any future allocation would depend on contribution.
