- You understand reproducibility across toolchains, concurrency and numerical computation.
- You have owned releases of software that others depend on.
- You can understand a substantial existing codebase and discuss changes with its developers.
- You work under an NDA and invention assignment from day one.

Compensation
This is a salaried role. Equity is not guaranteed; any future allocation would depend on contribution.
