- You have traced changes in measured behaviour to their cause in code.
- You use reproducible builds, regression tests and measurements to guide development.
- You work closely with an architect and support design decisions with evidence.
- You work under an NDA and invention assignment from day one.

Compensation
This is a salaried role. Equity is not guaranteed; any future allocation would depend on contribution.
